Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your FootyQuiz purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
All merchandise sold through FootyQuiz Shop is official licensed football merchandise, fulfilled and shipped by our fulfilment partner. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your order.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to put it right.
- Items that arrived damaged or faulty
- Items that are incorrect (wrong product or size sent)
- Items that do not match the product description
- Unwanted items — returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact
All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items without their original packaging
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Digital products (quiz packs, downloads)
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order if required.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns cannot be processed and may be returned to sender.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items — we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label
- Unwanted items (change of mind) — return postage is the customer’s responsibility
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
In some cases — particularly for lower-value items — we may offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion. We’ll always aim for the most hassle-free resolution.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and return it for a full refund, even if the item is not faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
FootyQuiz ships internationally via our fulfilment partner. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware of the following before purchasing.
- International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply upon delivery
- Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only and may vary significantly by destination
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility in all circumstances
Due to the cost and complexity of international return shipping, we handle international return requests on a case-by-case basis. In many cases — particularly for lower-value items — we will offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned, so please contact us before sending anything back.

FootyQuiz is not responsible for orders delayed, held, or seized by customs. If you are unsure whether your country restricts any goods, please check before ordering.
